The site is a directory of Products Made in the United States and the content should cover new products, product reviews, trends in manufacturing, government, emerging technologies, green, human interest, ect.
Successful candidates should have:
• Strong writing skills and the ability to develop concepts
• A writing style that is consistent with the blog culture and brand voice
• SEO savvy
• Affiliate marketing strategies
• Online research skills, including an ability to monitor the blogosphere and gather blog intelligence
• Comfort with many forms of social media and an active online persona that can be used to build traffic to blogs
Preferred Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or college-level coursework in creative writing, marketing, business, or specialty relevant to the industry
• Published by a recognized organization (online or offline) or work experience as a blogger with confirmed reader visit statistics
• History of successful blogging for professional publishing Web sites/companies
Commission is open depending on experience
